Training Schedule
Weekly Hours
Monday
Monday Barbell Club hours will be 4:30-6:30 pm and the training plan will be an hour long. If you cannot make 4:30 pm the same training plan will go from 5:30 - 6:30pm. Please do your best to arrive on time as both warm ups will start at 4:30/5:30 pm!

Wednesday
Wednesday Barbell Club hours will be 4:30-6:30 pm and the training plan will be an hour long. If you cannot make 4:30 pm the same training plan will go from 5:30 - 6:30pm. Please do your best to arrive on time as both warm ups will start at 4:30/5:30 pm!

Friday
Friday Barbell Club hours will be 4:30-6:30Â pm and the training plan will be an hour long. If you cannot make 4:30Â pm the same training plan will go from 5:30Â - 6:30Â pm. Please do your best to arrive on time as both warm ups will start at 4:30/5:30Â pm!

Saturday
Saturday Barbell Club hours will be from 10:00 -11:00 am and will start with the warm up at 10:00 am. The training plan will be an hour long. See you there!

Tuesday/Thursday
Tuesday and Thursday training sessions will be from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm and will be 1 hour long. Our warm up, mobility and activation will start at 11:30 am! Come train with us!
